Tshepo’s passion lies in working with entrepreneurs to find suitable business decisions. He believes that a business needs accurate, reliable financial data to enable management to make informed business decisions. It also needs very good understanding of human nature to allow its people to achieve their personal goals as they deliver business success. Entrepreneur’s personal financial goals, business success, and employees’ personal ambitions are all interconnected. Tshepo helps entrepreneurs maximise returns in all three spaces.

Jabu is a methodical and detailed expert auditor who heads up the audit practice.

Studied: BCom Degree – University of Cape Town (“UCT”)

Designation: Jabu is the Head of the Audit practice.

Qualified as a chartered accountant in 2002.

Jabu’s passion lies in helping companies streamline processes for operations and internal control purposes. He helps clients develop systems to detect and reduce the risks of fraud and error in their businesses. Small and medium sized companies typically run on trust and only after the owners have suffered significant loss do they typically want to implement controls. Jabu helps them avoid this typical error in judgement and puts the companies on best practice systems.

Alfred is a versatile client-centric professional who is primarily responsible for client service delivery.

Studied: BCom Degree – University of the Western Cape (“UWC”) and BCom Honours – University of KwaZulu Natal (“UKZN”)

Designation: Alfred is a Director responsible for client service delivery.

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005.

Alfred is instrumental in building professional capacity and culture to deliver high quality services to clients. He assists clients to plan and execute their financial strategies which address the needs and expectations of their stakeholders. He draws on his wealth of experience to develop sustainable solutions to challenges faced by clients in this constantly changing business environment.

Phakamisa Zonke is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with over 20 years of experience in finance, audit and property development programme certificate. He holds a BSc in Mathematics from UCT and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Natal and is a member of SAICA.

His career includes senior leadership roles at Ubume Consulting, Bayete Capital, the Auditor General, SANAS (NED and Audit Committee member), State Diamond Trader, Liberty Group Property Developments, Nkonki Inc, and Deloitte, where he spent 18 months between the Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN and Memphis, TN offices. As Head of Outsourced Services, Phakamisa specializes in setting up systems, process optimization, internal controls, and financial reporting. He also oversees audit readiness, support, and post-audit resolution, ensuring strong governance and operational efficiency. Recognised for his passion for improving financial systems and controls, Phakamisa combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver trusted outsourced solutions.

Refilwe Moshakga is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and Registered Tax Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in financial management, compliance, and consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Wits, is a member of SAICA, and has passed CFA Level I.

Refilwe oversees financial reporting, tax submissions, regulatory compliance, and client management, ensuring quality control and governance excellence. She also manages client relationships and ensures compliance with the South African Revenue Service, including responding to audits and verification queries. Her career includes senior roles at Investec, Access Bank, Discovery, UBS South Africa, Standard Bank, Menlyn Maine Investment Holdings, and Deloitte. Refilwe is recognised for her precision, technical expertise, and client-focused approach. Her leadership combines strong financial acumen with strategic insight, positioning her as a trusted advisor in consulting and financial accounting services.

Mpho is a dedicated accounting and auditing professional committed to supporting clients in achieving their strategic and operational objectives.

Studied: BCom (Wits); BCom Hons (University of KwaZulu Natal).

Designation: Mpho is a Senior Manager.
